I had a great stay at the hotel with really good service from the staff. Miguel from reception provided excellent service and resolved a problem made by the early staff. The room was clean, comfy and the facilities were excellent. The hotel location was convenient and accessible to transportation.
Can't fault anything about it.

The price/value at Med La Palma was excellent. The room was cozy and comfortable. I had a minor issue with my reservation, but it was quickly resolved by Miguel at reception.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and I enjoyed the good value for the price. the staff member, Miguel, at the reception provided exceptional customer service, despite some early misunderstandings with my reservation.
the breakfast service was not available, which was a disappointment. there were mistakes made with my reservation, which caused some confusion and delayed my check-in.

My Christmas vacation was great! the hotel offered a great price/value ratio and the room was comfy. the location was perfect, close to everything. the staff was amazing, especially Miguel at reception who provided excellent service. I really enjoyed the comfort of the room and the peacefulness of the hotel.
There were a few negative aspects. the breakfast wasn't available due to renovations which was disappointing.
